Many users only notice its powerful functions and parameters when using capacitive touch advertising machines. Advertising machine manufacturers have collected some after-sales data in the past three years and found that some of the after-sales reasons are caused by wrong switching on and off.  Many users directly unplug the power supply and leave after use. In fact, this shutdown method is wrong. Most capacitive touch advertising machines are Android systems. You need to click shutdown on the interface and wait for the system to automatically shut down. This is the correct shutdown method. 

1. Turn on/off

(1). Use 100~240V AC as the power supply for the touch all-in-one machine.

(2). If the touch all-in-one screen is not turned on, please press the standby button on the remote control or touch all-in-one.

(3). You can press the remote control or touch the standby button on the all-in-one machine for 4-5 seconds to turn off the system of the capacitive touch advertising machine, and then enter the standby state.

(4). If it is completely turned off, you can disconnect the main power socket after turning off the "power switch" of the touch all-in-one machine.

2. Automatic shutdown function

(1). In TV or AV mode, once there is no input signal for more than five minutes, the advertising machine will automatically switch to standby mode.

(2). When in computer mode, if the advertising machine is not touched for more than five minutes, it will automatically switch to standby mode.

3. Built-in computer on/off

(1). When the touch all-in-one machine comes with a built-in computer, to turn on the built-in computer of the touch all-in-one, please press the standby button on the touch all-in-one or the remote control to turn on the screen, and then press the PC switch on the touch all-in-one or remote control. 

(2). Before closing the advertising machine, you need to use the touch or mouse to shut down the computer in the start menu with the steps of normal computer shutdown. After the computer is completely shut down, you can long press the standby button on the advertising machine or remote control to shut down. .

Even if the capacitive touch advertising machine is equipped with a one-key switch function of computer and TV, you cannot press the standby button without turning off the computer, or directly disconnect the main power, which will cause computer hardware damage due to the forced shutdown of the computer, so requires attention.
